Shipping policy

Made to order

Everything on our website is handcrafted to order in our Detroit studio. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the day you order for your tiles to be pressed, glazed, fired and packed. Custom house tiles take 6 to 8 weeks, because each one begins with a hand-drawn sketch and a hand-carved mold.

We will email you when your order ships. Orders ship by USPS or UPS with tracking. If you need something by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
