Address Tile

Handmade Address Number Tiles

Make your address unmistakably your own. Each number is hand-cast and glazed to order in our Detroit studio, in the colors you choose from 39 glazes. $30 per number tile — two styles, optional wooden frames, ships in 4–6 weeks. Order the whole house number at once with the address builder, or shop tile by tile below. Browse our ideas & inspiration gallery to see them installed.

Every tile is 4½″ square and made to order in any of our 39 glazes. Pick a style, then add one tile for each digit of your address.

So how does it work?

The quick way: open the address builder, type your house number, pick your style and glazes, preview the whole address (framed or not), and add every tile to your cart with one button. Each tile arrives with its position in the address, so we know exactly what to make.

Or tile by tile:

  1. Pick a style — Craftsman or Art Deco. Mixing them is fine, too.
  2. Add one tile per digit. On each tile’s page, tap the photo swatches to choose your Background and Number glazes from all 39 colors (Art Deco tiles add an Accent glaze for the stripe), then say whether you’d like pilot holes.
  3. Want a frame? Add a wooden frame sized for 2 to 5 tiles in Natural, Dark, or Ebony, made for us by a fellow Detroit woodworker. Choose “No” for pilot holes on framed tiles so they sit flush. Looking for something more custom? We build one-of-a-kind frames to order — just ask.
  4. Mounting: tiles with pilot holes screw straight to your wall; frames have pre-drilled holes in the back.

Every tile is hand-pressed and glazed to order, so please allow 4–6 weeks. Questions about a custom look? Send us a note — we’re happy to help.
